Louise brings over 20 years of legal, insurance, and management experience to her role at Integro. She is a skilled negotiator and advocate for both public and private companies having managed mergers, divestitures, bankruptcies and IPOs. Her expertise and passion for management risk have won her recognition from clients and the industry including a "Women to Watch" award from Business Insurance magazine. Prior to joining Integro, she served as Senior Vice President, Head of New Business Development for FINPRO New York with Marsh, Inc. Louise earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law.
