In addition to her pivotal role as Healthcare Practice Leader, Nancy heads up the firm's Chicago office. She has more than 35 years of experience in the brokerage business, with a concentration in healthcare, higher education, and retail risks. Nancy has a distinguished record of executive leadership, including many years with Marsh in Chicago, where her past positions included heading the Chicago office, leading the healthcare practice and serving as Head of the risk management casualty department. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
