Management: Peter F. Garvey

Co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Peter began his insurance career 33 years ago as a casualty underwriter with The Home Insurance Company in New York. After transferring to California, he joined Marsh & McLennan in 1980. He rose through the ranks to become Worldwide Co-president of Marsh, Inc., as well as a Marsh board member and MMC Partner. He resigned in 2005 to join Integro's then Chairman Bob Clements in pursuing a career-long dream of building a better broker from scratch.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program. He is a member of The Board of Overseers of The School of Risk Management, Insurance, and Actuarial Science at St. John's University (formerly The College of Insurance), and a former board member of The California Chamber of Commerce. Peter holds the Certified Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
