Tom is Managing Principal and Market Leader for Integro. Throughout his career, from underwriting to broking to management, he has handled some of the most complicated placements in the management risk and mergers and acquisitions arena. His client-focused leadership is the embodiment of Integro's core values of respect, passion, and clients first. These are the qualities central to Tom's leadership--listening to clients' needs, developing the appropriate
options, and executing to the client's satisfaction. Prior to joining Integro, Tom was most recently Vice Chairman of Marsh's FINPRO division. His insurance career began as an underwriter with AIG. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
