Bill has more than three and a half decades of experience as a corporate lawyer, including 25 years as the general counsel and corporate secretary of three NYSE-listed companies. In addition to corporate law, he has practiced extensively in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, litigation management, corporate governance, compliance, and executive compensation. At Integro, Bill serves as General Counsel to the Board of Directors, senior management and the Company's
operating units. He is also Integro's Chief Administrative Officer and Leader of Human Resources. In the past, he held senior executive positions and subsidiary board seats with The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc., Olsten Corporation, GEO International Corporation, and IBM. Bill is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, the University of Michigan, and St. John's University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Illinois, North Carolina,
Connecticut, all Federal District and Appellate Courts with jurisdiction in those states, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
