Bill is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 16 years of financial analysis, auditing and accounting experience in the insurance industry. He is responsible for planning, financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions, cash management, business development and oversight of Integro's investment portfolios. Bill's additional responsibilities include the establishment of Integro's accounting policies, practices and corporate procedures, oversight of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements, including preparation of financial statements for regulators or other financial oversight organizations and investors.
Prior to joining Integro, Bill was a senior manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Assurance Practice. An expert in the review and audit of financial statements and internal controls for both public and non-public companies, Bill has led numerous clients through their initial SEC listing and registration statements.
