Integro’s Michael Korn to Head San Francisco Office
San Francisco, CA (March 7, 2012) - Insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro today announced that Michael Korn has been promoted to San Francisco Operations Leader, effective immediately. He succeeds Marc Kunney, who was recently named president of the firm's Integro USA division.
Korn, a three-time Risk & Insurance magazine Power Broker® award recipient, also serves as Property practice leader for Integro USA. A managing principal, he joined the firm in 2005. He began his career as an FM Global underwriter and moved to insurance brokerage with the Hobbs Group (later Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs). Prior to joining Integro, he was a National Property practice leader with Lockton. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
"I feel great handing over the reins to Mike. He's been a terrific leader of our San Francisco Property practice and has helped launch and grow our footprint in the large, complex risk segment," Kunney said. "His 25 years industry experience, intellect, collegiality, poise and drive, along with the strong support of his colleagues, position our San Francisco operations for continued impressive growth."
