April 16, 2012 Integro Establishes Carolinas Presence and Hires Healthcare Services Leader New York, NY (April 16, 2012) Insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro today announced its expansion into the Carolinas, and the hiring of Cherif Hafez to lead the Carolinas operations from a base in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Mr. Hafez, who joins as managing principal, brings 24 years experience and compelling service value to clients with sophisticated risk profiles and complex risk programs. Mr. Hafez's focus has been serving large health care organizations and Fortune 1000 and equivalent firms. He earned high standing for bringing innovative risk solutions to North Carolina health care clients utilizing alternative design structures, developing highly-customized coverage forms, negotiating domestic and off-shore placements with leading underwriting facilities, and contributing to the ongoing success of client programs at Aon and Willis. Previously, Mr. Hafez also served in a claim management leadership role with national insurer Wausau Insurance Companies. He is a repeat recipient of Risk & Insurance's National Power Broker award, and has been asked to speak on industry topics.
