November 05, 2008 Integro Acquires Surety Broker in Montreal Montreal Integro (Canada) Ltd. today announced the acquisition of Longueuil-based surety broker, Gerald H. Kuehne and Associes Inc., effective immediately. The announcement came from Robert Dunn, Chairman of Integro (Canada) Ltd. who noted: "This new acquisition is a good fit with Integro's strong construction practice in Canada. Gerald H. Kuehne and Associes has been in business for over 25 years, and is well known and respected in the Province of Quebec and beyond." Dunn went on to say, "We are also pleased that the company's two partners, Sebastien Kuehne and Jonathan Vermette, will join our firm, bringing with them their years of experience and familiarity with Canadian markets."
