December 17, 2009 Integro Announces Acquisition of Personal Lines Agency New York Integro, an international insurance brokerage and risk management firm, today announced the acquisition of William E. Kelly Agency, Inc., a personal lines agency based in Mamaroneck, N.Y. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "Among other benefits, the Kelly Agency allows us to broaden Integro's offering of insurance of yachts to our specialty niches," said Integro President and CEO Peter Garvey. "Our markets and client profiles align perfectly; culturally the two firms are a great fit, and this acquisition illustrates Integro's very deliberate, strategic growth strategy." The employees of the Kelly Agency join Integro's Private Client Service group led by Managing Principal Frank Godfrey, who added, "The Kelly Agency, operating in Westchester for 25 plus years, has built an outstanding reputation on its dedicated client services.
