New York, NY (June 15, 2011) - ReSource Intermediaries, a full service reinsurance broker and an Integro company, today announced the hiring of Francis (Mike) McGlinn as Senior Associate, effective immediately.

A treaty marketing expert, Mr. McGlinn joins ReSource Intermediaries from Towers Watson, where he'd been consulting. Earlier, he was senior vice president of AonBenfield, General Reinsurance Corp. and Swiss Re. He also served as vice president of Intere Reinsurance Intermediaries, American Independent Reinsurance Company and Munich American Reinsurance.

"Mike brings a depth and breadth of Treaty and Facultative insurance experience to ReSource Intermediaries, and a solid track record of serving clients well and building business," said ReSource President Bob Kennedy. "We're delighted to welcome Mike and look forward to his contributions to our growing organization."

Mr. McGlinn is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and an Associate in Underwriting.

A graduate of Fordham University, Mr. McGlinn earned an MBA in financial management from Pace University and studied in the Advanced Education Executive program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
