London & New York (August 9, 2012) - Integro Insurance Brokers Limited, a unit of Integro Ltd., today announced the acquisition of Allan Chapman & James Insurance Brokers Limited of Colchester, the United Kingdom's leading media insurance brokerage. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Established in 1988, Allan Chapman & James provides specialist broking services to the independent film, television and media industry sectors. The firm will retain its current trading name and become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integro Insurance Brokers Limited.

Allan Chapman & James founders, Les Marshall and Terry Austin, along with Commercial Director John Claffey, will continue to deliver their highly specialised services to media industry clients, and will remain company directors. They will be joined on the board by Bill Goldstein, Integro chief financial officer; Ron Whyte, chief executive of Integro International; and John Owens, chief financial officer of Integro's London operations.
