Private Equity and M&A Practice Leader

Walter brings over 12 years of insurance industry experience to his role as leader of Integro's Private Equity and M&A Practice. An expert in risks associated with Mergers and Acquisitions, he oversees the due diligence process for M&A transactions as well as leading the business development effort in the private equity, hedge fund, and corporate M&A industries. Prior to joining Integro, Walter served as Vice President in Marsh's FINPRO Private Equity and M&A Services group. Walter earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
